so yesterday i parked my car around 8am and didnt start it back up till around 7pm today. cranked for alot longer than usual. gave the impression that it was flooded so i floored the gas and it started but misfired for a few seconds. I got a fair amount of white smoke once it started up. but it went right away when i started driving.

what could be happening?

 

coolant seals....was the smoke sweet smelling?...i had this problem and it was my coolant seals....it eventually got so bad it wouldnt start with a fuel cut switch
