car loses power in tight turns

whenever i'm in a very tight turn, my car loses power for a moment and then it comes back. it's like the fuel pump isn't getting gas because it's sloshed to the other side or something. i had a practically full tank and i have an FD pump. anyone know what's going on?

Do you have an A/F gauge to see if you're losing fuel?

Could be a wire in a harness somewhere breaking intermittently. Does she do it only turning one way?

You need to replace the filter sock on the pick-up of the fuel pump.

^ What he said. Also, though the fact that you mentioned a FD fuel pump would indicate familiarity with the fuel tank, I'll throw out the following for people who don't know this:

You don't need to drop the gas tank to access the fuel pump & filter. There's an access panel in the back under the carpet that will get you access to the top of the fuel tank and the fuel pump assembly (once you unscrew it). You can clean the filter, swap the pump, etc. from inside the car.
