Car doesnt Start!

Hey guys,

I am having trouble starting my 13b turbo2 engine, let me tell you guys that this engine was swapped into my toyota starlet and I need help getting it started, the car was starting just fine but when the car was on it was revving slow or something like that like it was running very rich, it was running 2 fuel pressure regulators(stock + aftermarket). We decided to eliminate the stock one and just use the aftermarket, so after we did that the car was not firing anymore, looks like its heavy flooded.....

We did start the car and was very hard but we managed to get it started in the end for a short period of time, I revved the engine to like 4k rpms and noticed that it was revving smoother but suddenly the car went off again and didnt start anymore.

We decided to eliminate the Pulsation damper and run the rails in parallel and thats what we did today and no luck starting the car.

I recorded a short video so you can hear that the engine wants to pickup but it doesn't, I noticed that it tries to start when the fuel press is very low like 10-15psi but it doesn't even bother trying to start when the fuel press is 30-35psi.

Also other thing I noticed is that if I kept the acelerator pedal pressed down it was almost going to fire up when cranking the engine but in the end no luck either getting it started that way.

I have a couple of pictures of plugs that are not connected to anything that I would like to know if they need to be connected to something or what??

Any help is appreciated!!!

Thanks

Emir-

EDIT: The 2 FPR you see on the video, are not both connected lol, we decided to use another one to check if that was the issue that was not making the engine to start. Only 1 is being in use

Car was heavy flooded. Changed the spark plugs and fired right up. Went to the dyno today and got 192whp @ 12psi

You should be making a whole lot more power then 192whp. Why is your boost falling off at 5000rpm? Do you have huge ports and a stock turbo?

No, everything is stock. Since I dont have a BOV the hose where you attach the BOV was tapped with something that blew away when the engine was making power and thats why you see the drop.

You said a whole lot more power but can you tell me on around what ballpark I should get @ 12psi ??
