Car dies when initial set coupler is attatch.

Car dies when initial set coupler is attatch.
So my car is idling like crap. Very low hunts a bit. I think i got the TPS adjusted OK now, but when i go to adjust the idle via BAC i cant. As soon as i ground the initial set coupler (green wire by coil) it dies.
Any Idea why????
