car back together...where did i go wrong?

Ok, i just removed the vacuum rack on my s4- I also removed the air pump, aws, subzero thing, AVC, BAC, double throttle-

I made 4 block off plates total. I put in a 5 way "T" for the oil injectors, 1 to each squirter and 5th to middle nipple on the backside of the UIM. I used the bottom nipple for the Switching Actuator and the upper for my boost gauge. I capped the three in the front. For the FPR i used the angled nipple on the LIM and for the Relief valve and boost sensor, I used the nipple on the outer sideof the UIM. I plugged the little hole in the intake tube and plumbed the relief valve the way it was.. I put in new plugs, oil, alternator, and stainless fuel lines with no FPD. I put on a Racing beat DP and a Blitz intake-

All that said and done, I go to start it, and this is what it does.....everytime. It will turn over about 3-4 times, Fire, and die immediatly. Its the same thing that happened when i tried to vent my relief valve to the atmosphere. I assume its a vacuum leak, but wanted to get another opinion before i go pulling everything back off to figure this out? I still need to replace my Thermosensor that was broke off at the plug- I don't think this would do it but i don't know? I just wanted to see how it sounded open DP I am going to get the thermosensor tomorrow hopefully-

Thanks for any help!

Oh yeah, on the switching actuator, i used the green and white check valve that i believe was inline with the scroll solenoid prior to removal.

Yes. I double checked all vacuum lines. Found the one between the two oil injectors, hooked it to the back of the UIM where my boost gauge was- Double checked brake vacuum line? I am at a loss?

How long is it runnning before it "immediately dies"?
I'd say look around for intake leaks, and try a friends afm to see if yours is the culprit. Otherwise I reall don't know what could be doing it.

The AFM was fine before i took it out, shouldn't be that? I guess it has to be a Vacuum leak somewhere?

Anyone Else have any suggestions?

"Relief valve vented to atmosphere"???
Is this the stock BOV?
Did you block off the big hole in the TID left over?

High idle like that means the TB is jammed - did you remove the fast idle cam also?  Or the throttle cable might be binding?

OK, Lerning experiance!!

PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL...(yelling at self)

Car is back up and running....loud as all hell with open DP. Culprit was something simple and stupid on my part!!

I still need thermosensor, and to set my TPS, otherwise i am finally done. It won't idle for ****, i am guessing it is because of one of the things listed to be done-
