Car almost wants to die on startup

Here is my problem: I will start the car up and the revs will jump to 3500ish but WILL NOT stay there for the 17 seconds like its supposed to. Roughly 5sec later the revs will start to drop, it will drop to about 1700 then slowing go down from there till it reaches about 800 where it will proceed to want to die and some times will, other times the ECU will kick up the revs itself. This whole process takes about 15 seconds to happen. What could be my problem? BAC, TPS?

check your tps, i know it sounds dumb but check the TB elbow as something similar happened when one of the bolts fell out lol, also try turning the AC off and see if it makes a difference
