PA car acts like its flooding...and injectors and pump relay are clicking (searched)

from what i have gathered the fuel injectors and the fuel pump resistor relay click when they get the wrong voltage......what is most probable cause? BAC? fuse?

my engine ran great before(sitting in garage running it) it had emissions removed and throttle body simplified. no power steering and ac and omp bypassed (s5 stepper unplugged). new plugs /wires (ngk)

after a while i tore the manifolds back off and got new gaskets and decided i wanted to remove and "dime-block" the 6 ports and sleeves. i purchased and installed a rtek 7 stage 1 chip for the removed omp, ran a new exhaust and manifold. changed oil.

went to start car and now injectors are clickingand the pump resister relay is doing the same. the car wont start just pours gasoline laden fumes and mist out exhaust. acts flooded, plugs are soaked. only got it started twice for about twenty to thirty seconds while holding gas to 4K. rpms jumped down 1k randomly and then jumped backd up every five seconds.

im losing my mind trying to figure out what is going on and what suggestions could help solve the issue.

yeah it does but as i stated i had a rtek 7 stage 1 chip installed thus bypassing omp all together. wonder if a dirty or slightly off connection of a pin in ecu connectors is causing this? anyone?

I'm not sure where but somewhere in the faq it tells you what each series of beeps means.

Maybe someone else has the link?

damn i opened up my ecu and found a fried resistor, a 3r9j 1w. plugged in a good ecu and solved problem. except now i need to replace resistor or have digital tuning test chip and install on good ecu. i hate electronics at times

just curious, why did you block the 5/6 ports?
