Driving on the highway at 5th gear, Im flooring it and for some reason i cant reach 100km an hour.

 

Man if you want help ou'll need to give a us a lot more info than that. Not being able to reach 100km/h would mean the engine is making less than a quarter what it should, which would indicate a serious problem. Is it misfiring or hesitating? Is is doing anything obviously unusual? Funny sounds or smells?

 

you should be able to do 100km/h in second, third for sure.

 

How high are you shifting in 1st through 4th?

 

Check your compression. Sounds like you're facing a rebuild in the very near future.

 

how about in MPH ?

 

LOL i was thinking the same thing...but 100kph=60mph


and thats just sad...probably running on one rotor or something...

even though i cruised at 80mph on one rotor without much problem...

 

Check your catalytic converter. It might be melted.

 

nothing unusual, shifting at 3000 rpm every time, but when I was driving at 95 km/h the rpm was at 1500. The car works perfectly, just failed emissions though.

 

Shift at 4500.

 

sounds good but I sure hope I don't have low compression, requiring rebuild or new cats, just spent so much on exhausts and need tires. The engine already had a rebuild once now I'm at 250,000 km.
