This can't be good? (Damage on rotor housing)

I guess it's a bad idea to use this rotor housing again with this damage where the water seal should sit?

If everything else is good on it you could prolly sand that out and reuse it if you have to...

But I probably wouldnt. It looks like a pry mark or something...

I wouldn't risk it. It's a shame though, looks like the housing surface is in really good shape.

I agree, I would not use it. I had an end plate where the water seal goes that had a piece missing out of it. Stunk because it had only 58,000 miles and the surface was awesome. So, don't risk it.

Thanks for the answers, maybe I'll go all the way and get brand new ones because there's a big scratch on the front housing as well, it's between the intake and exhaust port so it should'nt effect the compression but if I get one new housing I might aswell get two.
