cant get fuel filter off

cant get fuel filter off

any suggestion to release the pressure or something cause i can't get the hoses off the dam thing

Yea, u kinda have to pull really hard. a good set of pliers helps here along with just muscling it off.

you just cant get the hose off? either cut it or pull hard with some pliers. helps to twist it, then pull...just like any other fuel line or vacuum line.

WD-40 will help slip the hoses off, and then back on.

Fuel in the lines remains under high pressure even when the engine is not running. Depressurize the lines by starting the engine and disconnecting the fuel pump connector. Allow the engine to stall, then turn the ingnition switch off before you give yourself a hernia
