Can't find intake leak

I have an 88 turbo II and i have taken off the upper manifold because of an
intake leak but heres the story. first i took it off replaced a ruptured
hose with sillicone and put it back on, the idle was fine and it didn't die
anymore until i drove it around the block hard and then it died on me. Next
i took off the manifold again and found i forgot to connect these 2 vacuum
hoses to the back of the TB so i got my injectors cleaned and reconnected
the two hoses. I drove it then the idle keeps bouncing now and the more i
drive it the more it feels like it wants to die. If i push it, it feels like
it will die but if i don't it idles so funny. I really hate this car now
because I keep paying 90$ evertime i take it to the shop for a diagnostic
fee because it supposedly takes him an 1 1/2 to find out whats wrong with it
and not fixing it. I can't find any hoses not connected or ruptured I really
need help now!

I'm looking for the same thing on my NA. Idle is erratic, TPS is reset, classic vac leak symptoms. I fear mine may be the lower intake gasket. It's the only place I can't spray with carb cleaner to confirm it.
