I have a problem that maybe somone could help me with ,my car will not start and is flooded out ,when I take out the plugs (both) ,it spits fuel out alot , tryed to figure out what it was so I checked if my injectors were stuck open but they were not ,when I took off the fuel line it still spits fuel out of the plug holes, I don't under stand it at all I was thinkin there was still fuel in the intake or somthin ,if you could help it would be great

 

A flooded rorary will not make enough compression to start.
