As far as GXL GTU......etc.

Looking at a 90 NA..........unsure if its a GTU or GTUs or GXL............

 

Odds are it isn't a GTUs. Tell us what options it has. Leather, power windows, locks, etc. If it is a GTUs, the sticker on the door panel would list a tire size of 205/55/16. The GTUs was the only N/A to come with 16 inch wheels.

Otherwise, I know of no way to decipher trim level by VIN number.

 

No you can not tell what trim level...only NA or turbo.... This leads to alot of people saying they have something that didnt start out as that....(orignally an 86 base model....wow i got a GTUs now) Get the idea...watch out it happens.
