Can you rev to redline if secondary injectors are clogged/bad?
If my secondary injectors are clogged or bad and causes my car to not run past 3800ish range, should it be able to rev to redline while im in park? My car does and if the secondaries turn on when the car is in park then maybe my trobles could be electrical.
Ive been trying to figure out why my car wont run past around 3800 rpm when im driving it. Maybe it has 2-3 times over past few weeks.
Going to manual test injectors later, and try to swap some out as well.
IT has a new fuel pump and filter.
Both actuactors move like there isn't any restriction from dirt. One looks like its moving just fine can't see the other one.
Haven't gotten a chance to clean grounds or add ground to fps because of the rain, i plan to today but ive heard that if the car wont run past 3500rpm its not because of grounds.

Yes, it very well could be because of grounds. If you are able to free rev it past 3800 but not under load, grounding as well as poor injectors or bad injector connections are your most likely culprits.

It's unlikely it's grounds. If there was a ground problem so bad the secondaries wouldn't come on at all then the rest of the EFI system wouldn't work either.
It's far more likely to be a secondary injector not firing because of a poor electrical connection at the injector itself, like a loose, broken or dirty connector. If one of the two injectors in a rotor doesn't fire, the mixture strength will be halved resulting in a complete misfire. You won't be able to accelerate part 3800rpm on one rotor.
