Can you disconnect the a/c harness with it not effecting anything else?

There is a 6 pin plug on the engine bay chassis harness. It appears to only operate a/c components. there are 2 relays 2 plugs and a couple of single pin connectors. They all seem a/c related.
I want to remove this subharness. Will it effect anything other than the a/c system such as the blower motor?
thanks.

It shouldn't, why not unplug it and find out for yourself?

Seems the wiring show two harness. FAC-02 and FAC-02. I see no harm in removing them. See diagram attached.
