Can a N/A be turbochared or not?
I need to know the answer to this. I am ether going to turbocharge my 88 vert (w/rebuilt engine) or buy a Jspec. Is it possible to turbo a N/A safely and correctly. Or is it just a better Idea to get a Jspec. Ive heard you can't turbo N/A, if so, why not? How much does a Jspec cost? If I can what is the best turbo to buy? come on guys, help me out! I already have a rebuilt engine so that just seems like a better idea to me right now.\
ANYTHING can be turbocharged. I'm going to turbocharge my riding lawn mower when I get my own house.. I want to have a 100hp lawnmower that does 0-60 in about 6 seconds or less.. that'd be sweet.

You're joking, right? I mean seriously, you have to be joking...
As far as turbocharged lawnmowers, I had my 3.5HP Briggs turbocharged for a while. I used the small wussy turbo from a Pontiac Firefly/Suzuki Swift....Worked well for a few weeks until the turbo died from lack of oil....In truth, it probably bearly spooled, but it did produce a noticable power increase....
