Can an N/A Radiator and water pump work on a TII of the same year??

anyone know cuz i want to buy a car with a over heating problem

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there is an extra nipple on the TII pump for an extra coolant line. to the TB area.

Well.. hell.. I dont know.. lol
