Can Intake manifolds warp??

Ok, I have taken my Intake manifold off twice and I can't fix the leak. Its coming from the middle where the primary ports are. tried brand neew gasket everything is 100% clean when installing tried new gasket with aid of silacone. All emmissions blocked off and not leaking. OMP deleted and bolts replaced and is not leaking there.

Is it possible that the LIM has warped slightly?

wont idle below 1600 wont run cold, goes lean if i hit the throttle 2 quick

with the car running spray starting fluid around the intake manifold and see if theres a fluxuation in RPM,s. that will help you see if there is a leak and pinpoint it. But overall yes they can warp from going thru extreme heat changes (i.e. overheating and such)

It's a little hard to believe it's warped so bad. I'd suggest the fuel injector air bleed nipple located b/t the two oil injectors on the intake manifold (mentioned in a post above).

Find out if it is warped. Just put a known straight edge across the length of the manifold(s) and look.

oh forgot to mention yes i had pin pointed it to be at the middle of the LIM where the primary ports are. i double checked the air bleed nipple and have it blocked off. Unless i have a crack or something?
