Can i remove the swicthing atuator

Some people tell me , yeah you can dont worry about . Some say it will cause boost lag. Any input will help.Also i cant find the block plate for emissions for my 91 j spec

Simply removing the twin scroll actuator is a bad idea. It will make spooling slow and will not improve top-end. But if you remove the flap inside the exhaust manifold, this will make spooling a little slower than twin scroll active, but higher end flow will be greater. By emissions plate, do you mean EGR? J-Spec's dont hae an EGR, so you wouldn need a block off plate, if this isnt wht you are talking about, let me know.

So i can take the swicthing actuator off as long as i take of the flap that connetct to the S.A. Is it better, all i care about is 1/4mile time.HOLD ON are we talking about the same thing????
