Can This Be Done

i have a whole TII rear end in the car. we think something in the diff is bad so we are thinking about just replacing the Diff. can i put in a n/a diff and bolt it up to the axles and everything else without any mods?

well the drivers side shaft that goes into the rear end keeps poping out just pulling it out of the driveway. i replaced the lock rings and it still is happening. and will the axles bolt up to the n/a shafts that go inside the diff? because that would be my only problem because i have a chevy driveshaft that goes with the motor so im trying to get this rear end fixed.. and i would have the TII fixed but i dont know what im doing with one of those and i cant find a shop in the seattle area that will touch it.
