can a bad clutch problem cause a starting problem?
i was just wonder...if you got a really bad clutch pad.... thats starting to go out..(i can hear it) can it stop the car from starting up...>?the motor wants to start but wont start....the car didnt really want to get anywhere..when reving it high enough on the road for a short distance... than it just die out and it didnt wanna start up again ...any idea pleas.e....thank you

No the clutch wont do that you have some sort of engine issue what have you done to the car recently or what did it start doing right/ before it started to act wacky??

the suck thing is that i didnt drive the car at the time. but he said the the car starting to slow down while the rpm was still reving around 4k on the highway going 55 mph..it would want to start once in a while but when it does the clutch pedal started to shake whille hesitating... sounds coming from the trans but it still goes in gear...
