once its started it idles at 750 but sounds like a streetport and rev once idles at 1500 and still has the same miss sound

I honestly can't really tell in the video, and what kind of car is it? TII or N/A? You try checking and adjusting the TPS maybe? I'd start there and follow the FSM to diagnose the issue...

Its a na 1990 just replaced the tps also
