Can anyone help?

I have an 86 RX which wouldn't start today. The starter motor runs fine, and the engine turns over, but it doesn't start. It also doesn't sound like it's trying, sort of like it's just turning with the starter motor, no fuel or ignition sounds. Can anyone give me some advice?

Use the search button, and search for flooding.

I know about RX-7's flooding, it's happened to me many, MANY times before. This just doesn't seem like the engine is flooded, and I already took the steps to unflood it. It didn't help. I think I'm not getting any fuel or a spark to the engine, I just want to see if anyone has had this problem or if it is common.

Great helping a new guy out.

Try and check teh compression - is it low?
It could be flooded you never know.. do the ATF(?) treatment, and see if that helps.

I'm no guru, but those are some of the things I'd do.... Just trying to help.

Don't do the atf unless you have to. try jumpstarting it. you might need a new battery and/or alternator
