You should just replace them together at the same time. Replacing the master and the rubber line would be my next step.

Right... The clutch fingers on the pressure plate are the return spring for the entire system.
Check your master (If slave goes, master will fail soon and vice versa.)
The clutch line also isn't expensive, so a replacement would probably be a good idea.

I'd bleed the clutch system again though. How are you bleeding the system?

Have a friend pump the pedal and see if the slave cylinder moves. If not, follow this procedure.

1.) Fill the master cylinder if it is at the low mark.
2.) Attach small hose to the bleed screw so that it doesn't spray all over the car. Do not submerge the hose.
3.) Open bleed screw.
4.) Push pedal down SLOWLY. Hold at bottom.
5.) Close bleed screw.
6.) Let pedal up SLOWLY... If it does not come up, pull up SLOWLY.
7.) Goto #1, Repeat until you have pumped an entire reservoir or two through the system.

If no fluid ever comes out the bleed screw, the master is shot.
