Hey guys I posted yesterday thinkign I had the 3800rpm hesitation but im thinking otherwise, let me break ti down.

Ok when the car is cold it starts bucking and backfiring after 3k and will not pass 4k at all in any gear.

when the car is thoroughly, thoroughly warmed up it will push smoothly to 5k and stop like a brick wall even with the pedal to the floor.

SOmetimes it even bucks and backfires even when warm.

WHat do you guys think? injectors? grounds? fuel filter? something worse??

 

When you did this 86 to 91 swap did you use S4 injection system?

 

Well I had a pro do it and I think he switched over to the 91 injectors since the resistor block at the front is no longer attached to anything.

 

ALso can someone please correct the typo in the title, my bad.
