A/C Only - What To Do With Bracket & Belt

I am in the process of depowering my steering rack and now that I have the engine bay cleaned out I noticed that the A/C is attached to the same bracket as the P/S.

I have been going through some old threads and found out some 7's came with an a/c only bracket (manual rack). I also noted that some people cut up their current bracket.

What I want to know is what did you guys do with the bracket when you removed your p/s and kept the a/c.

I noticed if I cut up the current bracket there will be no room for the tensioner pulley bolt, so my guess is that I will have to find a belt that is just the right size to bypass the tensioner. Anybody have a size belt for without pulley?

Also, if I get the a/c only bracket, does that have a space for the tensioner?

Thanks....

the ac bracket has what you need, it obviously has the place for the tensioner.
