Bypass factory alarm

I just got done installing a lt1 in my 88 vert and after running for five min the factory alarm starts blinking the flashers does anyone know how to diasable?

pull or unplug the alarm ecu. its under the dash on the right side under the glove box. you may also want to pull the right front dash speaker for easier access.
