buzzing noise underhood

when I turn my steering wheel, there is a strange buzzing sound.
It is around the belt area, however I cannot find where it's from.
Any idea? It only happens when I turn the steering wheel.
thank you

it'll also make noise if you have some air it the system. The FSM shows you hwo to bleed it. It's really easy.
