Buzzing from an engine component

HELP!!!! I'm rebuilding my 7 and just as I was about to crank up and go to the paint shop, my 7 started this buzzing noise from the engine component, the pulsating damper, can anyone tell me what is going on? It won't crank!

If you're referring to the fuel rail pulse damper - that could be fuel pump noise, but it shouldn't very loud.

ive heard that sort of buzzing on most of my cars... i think its nomral, fuel rail will make a lil noise, when the pump is running.

i rememeber at a shop we were all freaking out like WTF is buzzing!?, we thought the one of hte injectors might of hung open, lol.. but it was just the fuel in the lines and rail.

ya my car did that. The little red thing on the driver's side of the engine concected to the rat's nest? Never had a prob with it though, I think you could be fine. You car might be flooded, that's why it might not crank.
