Buzzer of randomness

So I'm aware of the buzzer that tells you important stuff, low oil/coolant/redline/etc...
This issue has been more common when it is cold, but that may just be coincidence, it has happened when it was 70 and sunny also.

The buzzer will just start going off, and will keep buzzing the entire day.
I've check oil levels and coolant levels, both good, but the sucker will still go off.
Then the next day nothing, it won't even turn on, not even if I hit redline.

The odd thing is it had never gone off before, not even in the rare case that the low coolant light came on.

Any ideas as to what would be causing that annoying thing to come on?

If this is just a total mystery, then that suckers gettin disabled, I know it's under the dash on the passenger side, anybody know the exact location?

I had the same exact problem, turned out to be a slowly leaking radiator cap - just replaced it and re-fileld up the coolant and no more problems. Check for any small leaks, then bleed your coolant system and should be fine.

I'll do that.

To be honest I was personally hoping I'd have to take a more destructive path, I really despise that buzzer.
