buying safcII, need help though

i have seen some on ebay i can get for $250 including shipping which is ok. my question is are they universal or do i need to get one specifically made for then s5. as soon as i get answers i will buy it on ebay or somewhere else you guys recommend. thanks.

p.s. i am gonna use this to help me pass emissions as well as get better gas mileage. i failed hc's by about 350 and with denatured alcohol i failed by less than 80 so this should help me pass if i lean it out and pass. that is also what i am telling my wife so that i can buy it. haha

There is one for 240.00

Plus they are universal. Any SAFC will work.
