Buying a 91 NA
A buddy of mine is looking at a 91 red convertable NA FC. The car has a new motor in it. Has some small dings from hail and paint is in fair condition. Clutch and tranny still feel smooth. Runs good. What else should he be looking for and what do you guys thing it's worth. Thanks.

Read this over, has a lot of good information of what to look for when buying an FC.

As for price, if in excellent condition a S5 'vert can get $7k easy. (Depending on area of course) Whats the mileage? With the slight hail damage he should be looking at a little less.

I payed 6.4k for my car (75k on the clock) mint condition inside and out... so if anything is less than that expect to pay less
there was just a thread a few days ago about what to look for when buying... do a search
