Busy day today. :D

I had an actual day off for the first time in awhile and wasted some time on the 7. I spent most of the day finishing up the body work I started a month ago, and some side projects, like finally getting my display rotor cleaned:

I bought some muriatic acid and just pured it on, took the crap right off without trying, but it looked like this after 5 minutes (it wiped off nicely and still looks good):

Then I tried the acid on this wheel:

I used the acid, and Simple Green. Still can't get the really embedded stuff off. I used that Black Magic foamer on the tire to make it look nice:

I'm making some new rear badges too. I'll have to post those pics when they dry in the morning.

Use castrol super clean on the rims to get caked on brake dust off. Work on my s5 TII wheels and those are meshies. Just dont leave them on too long (I left them on for about 1-2 minutes) and be sure to rinse them off well.

Are s5 TII rims and his rims made of the alloy/finish? It worked excellent on mine. Got rid of that "cancerous" looking breakdust. *disclaimer* If you arent sure use it on a part of the rim you cannot see to test.
