busted fuel rail, fix it?

hi, im an idiot and i busted my fuel rail. lets not get into how, but right in the middle there is a small pinhole in the rail, otherwise it is fine. is there any way i can repair this and i found an s4 fuel rail at the yard, but it seems to be slightly different. are they interchangeable? thanks

arc welding gone horribly awry... the wire was suppossed to be cool to the touch right after welding. what if i took it out and welded it? or wrapped tape around it lol? its only 60 psi right?

If it was the original rail, you needed a new FPD anyway (part of the rail on the S5), so use this as an excuse for preventative maintenance. If you broke the secondary rail, then ignore this post.

^Disaster waiting to happen. A used fuel rail is cheap and easy to find in the for sale section.
