bushings

are polyurothane(spelling) bushings made by energy any good?cause my local lordco has a complete set for $130 can. i think that my bushings are worn out cause everytime i go over a speed bump something is clunking in the suspension, would that be the bushings?

They are fine, they'll add a bit of harshness to the ride, but not alot, they install reasonably easily, once you get the old ones out and the parts off the car. A clunking suspension is more likely to be due to blown shocks I would immagine, or something loose. Oh, and $130 CAD is a pretty good deal for those.
