A bunch of electronics just crapped out on me on the same day

I will preface this by saying I have only done one advanced search on this, so if I haven't done my due diligence, please point me in the right direction.

I parked my car in a local outdoor parking garage for a day in 80-90 degree temps and when I got it back, a bunch of my electronics failed. It was raining, but my rear wipers or my front wipers do not work at any speed. The front windshield fluid dispensers don't work either, however, the rear one still works. Also, my logicon completely crapped out, the fan doesn't work at any speed, the a/c and the recirc lights and buttons don't function and neither do the air selection lights or buttons (head, head/leg, leg, leg/defrost, defrost). The radio still works however, and the hazard, rear defrost, turn signals, high beams, cluster illumination level switch and pop-up headlights all work as well. It's really just the three areas that crapped out (wipers, rear wipers and logicon). Has anyone ever heard of this or read about any fixes? Any suggestions?

Have you checked the fuses? That should always be the first thing checked.

sorry about the posts, the 15A wiper fuse blew, I wonder how that impacts the logicon though? Also, if it's not the fuse for the rear wiper, why would the rear wiper not work?
