Bumper removal

hey guys i cant get my front bumper off, i have No idea how, is there a how-to some where, i did a search but didnt get ne thing

There are 3 bolts hidden under each front fender. Gotta go thru the wheel well and under the plastic liner with a long extention on a rachet. There are also like 4 bolts on the bottom, and a few on the top.
