Bucking at 3000 rpm?

Short story, the car is bucking at 300 rpm and won't rev past that. It's an 87 n/a gtu. Any help wuld be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

i would start with the simple stuff check grounds, spark, compression etc..but probably computer problem of some sort

Check you connection for the secondary fuel injectors. Mine did the same and it was because one injector clip wasnt contacting right. If one injector isn't connecting properly, both will not work.
