The FC is rather generously sized, so pretty much any seat without extravagant bolsters should fit without hitting the door.
Usually you have issues with clearance at floor level (especially as the seat moves back*) or headroom (installed seat height, exacerbated by a sunroof).
Before you go too far, remove the passenger seat (this assumes you'll be installing a matched pair of chairs) and carefully study it's mounting.
The weird offset on the inside rail is going to be your toughest obstacle...if you solve that, you're golden.
*Remove the drivers seat and carefully look at the available floor space. Note that the outside rear corner has a pocket for the seatbelt retractor...it's this irregularity that can interfere with the recline mechanism of some seats and prevent the seat from sliding back as far as it might. I had just this problem with some generic "racing seats" that featured "infinite" adjustment (big round ***** on both sides of the seatframe).
Corbeaus fit fine as do several types of OEM Honda seats (my personal faves).
None of the stock Mazda seats are worth a damn, IMO....just terrible ergonomics.
