Unhappy Broken Bolt On Lim! Help Me Jeebus!!

One of the bolts that hold down the coolant line for the turbo on my LIM snapped. I tried vice grips with no luck, sprayed WD-40 on it and left it overnight and tried again with the vice grips. The bolt wont budge. Can I heat it a bit to try and remove the bolt or will it damage the manifold? I have a spare LIM BUT no spare gasket (gasket had copper spray sprayed on it before) and I dont want to drive to Mazdatrix for one right now. The faster the bolt comes out, the faster I put my engine into the car and start driving

you ned to get some easy outs, drill a hole in the bolt then use the easy out to take it out

I ran out to the auto parts store and bought some of these. I'll try them out in the morning and hope they work well. Thanks

This bolt holds a coolant line for the turbo so unfortunately I can't fix the bolt at a later time.

if you can get a torch in there for heat, try welding an old socket extension on the top of the bolt. then put the ratchet on the socket..

works EVERY time.
