Broken bleeder screw.
Today, I was bleeding my brakes, and I got to my front passenger side, and the bleeder screw broke. Luckily, it didn't come loose, so my car is TOTALLY driveable! I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't done it.
Can I just drill and tap the hole, or does it require something else, too?

Eh, I snapped a brand new bleeder screw last weekend (on the reman calipers). It was apparently just a bit too tight...
EZ-Outs should work, or you can grip what's left with a pair of vice grips (if it's sticking out).
As long as it's not leaking, it's not a *huge* deal, just a "Fix at some point in the moderate future" thing.

Many people make them, I think the "EZ Out" Name is Craftsman. They are all really the same no matter who makes them.
