brick wall at 6000rpm

It really doesn't matter what gear I'm in when this happens. Sometimes it will slowly climb, other times it will just stay stuck at WOT. Now, if I let off the gas a little it will accelerate normally. This only happens when past 1/2 throttle and above 4000 rpm.

What is wrong and what can I do to fix it?

Could be a faulty or maladjusted TPS (throttle position sensor), but the wall at 6k RPM I'm not sure. It could be just one problem or multiple problems, and unfortunately you usually have to tackle one at a time. I'm still thinking about what could be wrong that my '7 can't rev past 6.5k RPM under load...

finally, someone with the same problem as me, from what i've been told that its a malfunctioning fuel relay, so i think a new fuel relay is the answer, if you get a new one and it fixes it, PM me about ur success
