Breakssss

so i went to the parts store yesterday to pick up some breakpads and they asked me if i had a hard suspension or regular suspension or sumthing like that and i said i have not the slighst clue. i have an 87 rx7 n/a. some one help

if it's GXL, it comes with sport suspension, i'm pretty sure this is what they were referring to. either that, or TurboII suspension. the rear pads for ALL models are the same. if your FC has 4 Piston calipers up front, then you will need the pads of a TurboII or GXL. if it's single caliper, then you'll need the base model pads. so either you have 4 piston calipers up front or not, everything else is the same regardless of trim level. so it doesn't really matter if you have hard or regular suspension.

I have an 87 N/a it's a GXL, they asked me the same question (I beleive it was Napa that asked) and I told them hard. I think thats what was the right answer, either way they where the right pads for me lol
