I'll be more direct then, give us INFO and DETAILS.

Your thread is just a statement with a blind question.

What unit is it, what did you do, who installed it, did you follow procedure, where are your hookups? all of that would help us.

Okay I just recently bought a Greddy Type RS BOV.I just took it outta the box and attached it to my flange and put the vaccume hose on the nipple.Went to work today and never really gunned it to hear it cause I was gonna save that for when I came home.So I get on the freeway gunned it and no sound at all.I did notice b4 I put it on that it had a black circle in the middle where the bov connected to the flange. As I look at my old type s bov in the middle its metal with a line through it.Maybe I have to take that black peice out.Maybe I have to push it up and break it from it's seal.I'll do that as soon as I get back at 11:30.Sorry for the bs post lol I think I just solved my own problem hahah.Im stressed forgive me.

Yeah read the instructions for it. IF there is a stopper on it you'd need to remove it.
