Angry Brakes stuck!!!!!!!!

I just bought a 87 n/a and the car had sat up for a few years. Needles to say the brakes are stuck closed. Whenever I shut the car off fluid leaks from the master cylinder. I know that the master cylinder may be the problem but any tip or advice would be appreciated.

Is it the emergency brake or all 4 wheels? It may be just the e-brake cable rusted in place.

Bleed the entire system and then check for leaks, but the master cylinder may still need replacing. Also check the e-brake cable to see if it's stuck in place like nopistons said. Good luck with the new ride!
