Brakes - Front guide pins replacement needed (4 piston)

Hello,

I am rebuilding the complete brake system at the moment. My front caliper guide pins were completely stuck. I had to drill them out. Needless to say now I have no new guide pins to put in once my brakes come back from powdercoating ...

Note: I am referring to the front guide pins who hold the pads in place. The ones that are just pushed in and have a cotter pin to prevent them from moving out.

Does anyone have a reference or source where to get new ones ? I need all 4 of them ! Mazdatrix does not carry them anymore. But I am sure there are other sources for these pins. Someone must have had the same problem at some point. Worst case I have to get them machined ... Btw can't I use FD pins ?

Many thanks for your support !

Brgds
Steven

You can buy the whole kit for slightly more than the single pin from Atkins.

D'oh, I never thought about checking Atkins for these pins ...

@RXSpeed16
The Napa sounds reasonable but how do you know that you got the right kit for the FC ?

I might as well try our local part store, I have no faith in them but maybe with a part number they will be able to bring something up.

@j9fd3s
FC and FD guide pins are identical ?

As for the Hardware kit I already have that one ordered minus the pins as they were not avaialble.
