Question Brakes!

Just about to buy the 2nd rx-7 in a month, but I wanna know.. how bad is it to put new pads all the way around. I have done pads before in a seville, but not in a rx-7. Any tips or things i should check for?

the front pistons are push backs and the rear pistons are the screw type (ie to put they back into the caliper
also do a measure menat on the disc and check if they are in spec.
