i had the same problem and what i ended up doing after using many different hammers trying to get it off was taking the whole hub off and puting it down on some concrete studs down and beating it with a 20lb sledge hammer
even doing that it took me about half an hr to beat it off i had major corrosion between the endges of the hub and the inside of the rotor it actaully ate away some of the metal on the hub i though that i was gonna have to replace the whoe hub but i cleaned it up reall well with a wire wheel and put it back on with new bearings and syntetic grease.
your probable not gonna get it off while its on the car i tried for days i used penitrating oil for days (did nothing) i also heated the rotor till red then beat it with a hammer and nothing
i actually broke the rotor i was hitting it so hard with the hammer
p.s. the nut holding on the hub is either 23mm or 32mm (im easly confused ) and only tourque it back to 23 ft lbs when puting it back on

also when i got to the point where the rotor was flush with the studs (so i couldnt beat it down any further) i flipped it over and i put 2X4's under the rotor and took the hammer part of my slide hammer (fit through the whole in the rotor perfectly) and hit that to push the hub the rest of the was through

A "new" hub will run you about $400 so, more than likely that's not going to be a good choice. I had the same problem with an old 7 and had to take it to a shop and have them lathe the rotor off. It didn't cost much, and saved my *** from buying a new hub. Try that.
When you reinstall it, load up on the anti-seze.

It was a machine shop. They had lathe's and presses and ****. I would possibly ask at your local Schucks or the like and they might point you in a direction. Or the phone book and call around. I think I payed like $20 or something for the work, less then 400 is all I know. haha Good luck, I hope you get it off.

uh~oh... it is my turn now! My rotors are happily married to the hubs with ever lasting rust...
may lord help me with all might to get all of them divorce!!!
I'm trying the PB soaking (they are soaking now) and hammer method... hopefully it will bulge... but I doubt so ~_~"
