Brake Qs

I'm a first gen guy, but I've built a complete 2nd gen front end to go in my first gen.
Couple questions.
I searched for the first one and couldn't find anything, so I'll just ask the others while I'm here...

1. The bearing races on my front hubs are pressed so far in I can't get a punch on them. What's the best way to get these things out?

2. Are front and rear brake rotors different diameters?

3. Anybody have a good source for remanned calipers?

Thanks guys!

1. use a dremel/die grinder to put notches in the hub 180degrees apart. punch races out. debur notches. press new races in.
2. fronts are slightly larger. thicker, different offset and different hub size.
3. mazda trix has rebuild kits. it's remarkably easy to do.
