Brake pumped, almost dies. (Been Covered?)

Well I did a search on alternator problems and everyone seems to have a slightly different one.

I am worried about mine. I dont seem to have and trouble driving, but at idle, if I tap on the brakes rapidly I can almost make the car die. My idle is a little jumpy between 650 and 600.

I tried turning on different electronic on but they did not have the same effect as the brake lights (possibly because they suck more power) New battery so I dont think that is causing the problem..

Any idea would be great. My belts dont seem to be too tight and I messed with the BAC control.. I'll check into that.

excuse any spelling...im tired.

same thing was happening to me when my battery started to die. Ever since i changed my battery it hasn't happened, and that has been a while. you might want to check into that.

edit: and yes i did see you wrote that you put a new battery in.... just trying to say maybe the battery has a few loose cells.

change your brake booster to engine vaccuum hose, it has a hole in it.

mine does the same thing. and the voltage drops a bit too when my foot is on the pedal.

hmm booster hose eh. wouldn't that just be a constant vac leak though?
